Do unused subscription credits roll over?

No. Subscription credits reset to your plan's monthly amount at each renewal. If you need credits that never expire, credit packs are the right choice.

Do credit packs expire?

Never. Credits from one-time packs stay in your account until you use them, even if you cancel your subscription.

What happens if a generation fails?

The credits spent on the failed generation are refunded to your account automatically — no support ticket needed.

Can I cancel or change my plan?

Yes. Cancel in one click from your billing page — no retention popups, no annual-plan traps. After cancellation your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and remaining credit-pack credits are unaffected.
