These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Molyin ("Molyin", "we", "us") — an AI creation platform for generating videos and, over time, other kinds of media. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of this agreement.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Molyin, and at least 18 — or have a parent or guardian's consent — to make purchases. The service is not directed at, and is not offered to, users in mainland China.
Molyin turns your prompts and reference material into generated media using third-party AI models and infrastructure. The platform is evolving: models, creation modes, and features may be added, changed, or retired as the product grows. Where a change materially reduces something you have paid for, we will give you reasonable advance notice.
To keep the service stable and fair for everyone, we may apply or adjust rate limits, concurrency limits, and other usage controls at any time.
You can sign in with Google or with your email address. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your sign-in method secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; accounts created to farm free credits or evade enforcement may be removed. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
You must register with a real, personal or business mailbox you can receive mail at — that address is where sign-in links, billing receipts, and account notices are sent. Disposable, temporary, or throwaway email addresses are not permitted. We may refuse registration from such providers and may suspend or remove accounts already created with one.
Generation on Molyin is powered by credits. The cost of each generation depends on the model, resolution, and duration you choose, and is always shown before you submit. There are three kinds of credits, with different rules:
Generated videos and uploaded reference material are stored for a limited time that depends on your current plan — 7 days on the free tier, 60 days once you have bought a credit pack, 60 days on monthly subscriptions and 365 days on yearly subscriptions, as listed on the pricing page. The retention window follows your current plan: upgrading extends it for all of your existing creations, and downgrading or cancelling shortens it.
When a creation's retention window ends, its files are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. You are responsible for downloading anything you want to keep. Your creation history (prompts and settings) remains available in your dashboard.
You keep all rights to the prompts and reference material you submit. By submitting content, you:
We will not use your content to train AI models, and — with the one exception below — we will not feature your creations publicly (for example, in our showcase) without asking for your explicit consent first. If you send us feedback or suggestions about the product, we may use them without restriction or compensation.
Exception — the free tier of the image tools. The image tools (for example the Background Remover) include a no-cost daily tier. Runs on that free tier may be selected by us and shown publicly — in our showcase, as a before/after example on the tool's own page, or in marketing material — together with the image you supplied as input. Please do not run confidential or sensitive material on the free tier. The paid tier is never published: choosing Pro before you submit keeps the run private, and the tier selector on every tool page says which one you are about to use.
Some AI models we route to (for example Seedance) refuse reference images that look like a real person. That check is run by the model provider, not by us, and it also catches virtual, AI-generated or illustrated characters that happen to look realistic. When it happens, you may confirm in the product that the image is a virtual character. By confirming, you represent and warrant that:
On the strength of that confirmation we register the image, on your behalf and under our own undertaking to the model provider, in the provider's virtual-character asset library, and we re-run the generation that was blocked. We keep a record of your confirmation together with the image as evidence, and may share it with the provider on request. Registered images stay in the library only for as long as they are being used; unused ones are removed automatically.
We may review any confirmation after the fact. If an image turns out to depict a real person, or your confirmation is otherwise inaccurate, we will remove the registration, may suspend or restrict your account, and you will be responsible for any claim, loss or penalty that results — see the Indemnification section below. Confirmations are limited per account per day, and we may withhold the automatic registration path from any account at our discretion.
Subject to these Terms and to payment of the applicable credits, we assign to you all right, title, and interest we may have in the outputs you generate. The scope of use depends on the credits that paid for the generation:
Generative AI has inherent limits you accept by using the service: outputs may be inaccurate or unexpected, similar outputs may be produced for other users from similar inputs, and the extent to which AI-generated works are protected by copyright varies by jurisdiction — we make no guarantee in that regard.

Generations pass through the safety filters of our AI providers, and a generation may be rejected by those filters. We may additionally remove content, refuse generations, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section. Credits spent on content that violates these rules are not refunded.
The service is built on third-party providers — AI infrastructure (such as Replicate and fal.ai), payment processing (Stripe), and cloud storage (Cloudflare). Your content is processed by AI providers under their own terms and safety policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any particular generation will succeed (failed generations refund their credits), or that outputs will be fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Molyin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims arising out of the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory consumer rights in your place of residence.
If a third party brings a claim against us arising from your content or your violation of these Terms — for example, use of someone's likeness without consent — you agree to indemnify us against the resulting costs and damages.
