Photos to desk-concert performances
Each example pairs the supplied role photos with the resulting performance. Compare the cast, then add your own lead photo at the top of the page.
Solo lead, full band
One supplied identity, with fictional musicians filling the other roles.
Lead, keys and sax
Three supplied roles keep their places through the fixed sequence.
Full five-role cast
Every band role comes from a supplied photo.
Five distinct portraits
Distinct identities stay assigned across wide shots and close-ups.
A fixed desk concert, cast from your photos
Tiny Desk AI puts the people you choose into a fixed five-person desk performance. Your lead-singer photo is the only required input. Add a keyboardist, saxophonist and two backing vocalists if you want those people in the scene too; any role without a photo is played by a fictional musician. The photos supply the identities, so you never have to align separate edits by hand.
The scene and four-shot sequence are already set, from the full-band opening to the lead close-up, saxophone feature and ensemble finish. An original upbeat soul-funk AI instrumental completes the performance without reusing the Outstanding recording. There is no template video to find and no prompt to write, and adding more roles does not change the credit price.
This tool is deliberately built around one fixed desk-concert setup. To direct a different scene with your own prompt instead of casting these band roles, use the AI Video Generator.

How to cast your desk concert
From one lead photo to a complete band performance
Add the lead and any friends
Start with a clear single-person photo for the lead singer. Add photos for the keyboardist, saxophonist and two backing vocalists if you want to cast those roles too.
Leave the scene to the tool
Fictional musicians fill any empty roles. The fixed camera sequence and original AI instrumental are already set, and the credit price stays the same however many roles you supply.
Watch the finished performance
Compare the generated performance with your lead photo, then download the 15-second vertical MP4 with its original instrumental.
