Methodology & Sources
- Volcengine Ark, BytePlus ModelArk and fal.ai all bill Seedance 2.0 by tokens — tokens = width × height × 24fps × seconds ÷ 1024. A 5-second 1080p (1920×1080) clip is 243,000 tokens. Replicate bills per output second.
- Molyin rate = Director annual price ÷ yearly credit allowance: $774 ÷ 180,000 credits ≈ $0.0043 per credit, delivered as 15,000 credits per month. Every Molyin figure on this page derives from this one standard rate — you can reproduce any cell with a calculator.
- All prices use the no-video-reference tier (text-to-video / image-to-video). With video references, Volcengine, BytePlus and fal also bill the reference seconds at full or near-full rates; Molyin bills them at a discounted 60%.
